Event Planning at Lane Street Inn
Options abound for hosting your event at Lane Street Inn. Invite your friends and family to a Superbowl party, a women's luncheon, a baby shower, a family reunion, a backyard BBQ...you name it, Lane Street Inn has so much to offer.
Whether merely renting the mansion by the hour or by choosing to take advantage of our services, you can be assured that we are here to help you plan the perfect event. We are flexible and can accommodate most any need or budget.
Rental by the Hour
Lane Street Inn is available for rental by the hour. This is a good choice for those wishing to plan and execute their own event from start to finish.
A minimum 4-hour rental is required. Two additional hours prior to your event will be provided for setup. One additional hour after your event will be provided to give you time to clean up and remove any personal items or rental equipment. If you require additional time, we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Renters are required to return the property in the condition they found it. It is the renter's responsibility to remove any rubbish generated during their event and to dispose of it off the premises.
Rental by the hour includes use of:
- The Parlor, Sunroom, Dining Room, Grand Hall and Lounge
- Two public restrooms
- Caterer's Kitchen (limited use)
- Surrounding grounds including the Patio and Serenity Garden
- Four 6' rectangular tables and tablecloths
- Two 5' rectangular tables and tablecloths
- 40 padded folding chairs
Rental by the hour does NOT include:
- Food or beverages
- Dinnerware such as servingware, flatware or glassware
Hourly Rates
Our hourly facility rental rates are based on the day of the week.
A minimum 4-hour rental is required.
Monday - Thursday
- Four-hour event: $400
- Each additional hour: $100
Saturday
- Four-hour event: $800
- Each additional hour: $200
Friday and Sunday
- Four-hour event: $600
- Each additional hour: $150
