From Chattanooga TN - Take I-24 West towards Nashville, get off at Exit 111 (Manchester TN SR-55), take a left at the end of the exit ramp and head southwest on SR-55 for about 12.4 miles into Tullahoma, turn right onto Alt 41 (Jackson Ave) and head northwest through the town of Tullahoma, continue northwest on Alt 41 for about 14 miles into Shelbyville. At the 5th traffic light go left onto East Lane Street (Celebration grounds are to your right, Discount Tobacco is to your left). Follow East Lane Street for about 1/2 mile and you will find Lane Street Inn on your left at the foot of Whitthorne St.
From Nashville TN - Take I-24 East towards Murfreesboro, get off at Exit 81 and head south on US 231 towards Shelbyville (about 23 miles). You will know you are entering Shelbyville when you pass the WalMart Supercenter on your left. Continue south on US 231 (Main St). Take a left on Madison St (Alt 41 South) at the Kentucky Fried Chicken. Continue on Madison St and make a right at the 2nd traffic light (Whitthorne St) at Movie Gallery. The traffic light is marked #3. Continue on Whitthorne St to where it ends at the traffic light on East Lane Street. You will see Lane Street Inn at your 11 o'clock position. Take a left onto East Lane Street and then an immediate right into our driveway.
From Huntsville AL - Head north on US 231 (US 431) for about 22 miles into Fayetteville TN. Continue north on US 231 for about 27 miles into Shelbyville TN. The drive up US 231 between Fayetteville and Shelbyville is beautiful. You will pass through rolling hills dotted with picturesque farms, many with grazing horses and cows. A portion of the drive has winding and hilly roads that are well-paved and great for motorcycling; however, anyone driving a camper or big-rig should use caution.
You will be entering Shelbyville on Cannon Blvd. Turn right on Lane Parkway, you will pass the Shelbyville Police Department on your right. Continue east on Lane Parkway for just a few hundred feet, halfway through the right-hand curve, take a left on East Lane Street (between the old brick Episcopal Church of the Redeemer on your left and the grey clapboard house on your right). Continue east on East Lane Street. After you pass through the traffic light at Deery Street, you will pass the Prentiss Cooper historic home on your left. As soon as you round the left-hand curve, you will pass through the traffic light at Whitthorne Street. Take an immediate right turn into the driveway of Lane Street Inn.
